Do I need a special license to drive these? +
No. Our Family Motorhomes are designed for standard drivers. If you can drive a moving truck, you can drive our RVs.
What if I've never driven an RV before? +
We never just hand you the keys. You'll get our "Stress-Free Departure Tour" and a familiarization walkthrough with a Master Tech so you feel like an expert before you leave.
Are there hidden prep or cleaning fees? +
No hidden surprises here. Your fees depend entirely on the package you choose. The Luxury Package covers your prep and cleaning. If you choose the Flexible Package, you simply avoid the cleaning fee by returning the RV in its original condition.
What happens if something breaks during my trip? +
Because our fleet is heavily maintained, breakdowns are incredibly rare. But if they happen, we answer the phone. You are backed by our 24/7 Roadside & Technical Support.
Will I get my security deposit back? +
Yes, as long as the RV is returned in its original condition. The deposit is only utilized if there are damages, mileage overages, or if the terms of your chosen package are not followed (such as not dumping the waste tanks on a Flexible package).
